The Israeli cabinet on Sunday unanimously approved a decision to seal the home of the 13-year-old terrorist who carried out the attack in Ir Dovid on Shabbos.
The decision, which was deliberated on the demand of National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir at the security cabinet meeting on Motzei Shabbos, required a cabinet vote since the official policy is to only demolish the homes of terrorists whose acts led to the murder of victims. The sealing of the Ir Dovid terrorist’s home is a one-time directive since a general change in policy will require legislative work.
The government is planning on holding an extensive discussion on the current policy and establishing new criteria in the cases of terrorists who have not committed murder.
Shin Bet chief Ronen Bar has been asked to prepare an opinion on the matter.

A 13 year-old Arab who chooses to use a gun to shoot and Murder Yidden is entirely capable of reason and is fully responsible for his actions the same way an adult is.

This article is about the house, not the boy. The fact that a 13 year old is young and a bit innocent when compared to a full adult, is not a reason not to seal the family house. Just the opposite. His age makes it even more obvious that his family convinced him helped him and encouraged him to do this.
