Hezbollah Blinding Israelis Nightly With Laser Beams That Can Cause Irreparable Damage

Hezbollah operatives have been terrorizing residents of the Israeli border town of Metulla by blinding them with powerful lasers, Kan News reported on Monday evening.

The terrorists shine a blinding powerful light at Israelis walking on the street, inside homes, and most dangerously, inside Israeli cars. Additionally, according to the report, the type of laser the terrorists are using can irreparably damage people’s eyes and even cause permanent blindness, chas v’chalilah.

The IDF has yet to discover a solution to the problem. They initially attempted to deter the terrorists by aiming a large floodlight at the hill where the terrorists gather but the effort was unsuccessful.

The IDF’s Northern Command has appealed to the UNIFIL forces stationed at the border, whose official duties include aiding the Lebanese government to maintain control over the Israeli/Lebanese border rather than leaving it to the whims of the Iranian-sponsored Hezbollah terror group.

The UNIFIL forces promised to intervene but so far there has been no change in the situation.

The report follows reports on Monday that Hezbollah terrorists have built 20 new tall observation posts along the border in the past year, with the pace of construction rapidly increasing in the past month as the IDF began building a new defense wall along the border. According to a Ynet report, the posts, built only meters away from the defense wall, are manned 24 hours a day by Hezbollah terrorists in civilian clothing.

  1. UNIFIL?!?!?! Half of them are either women with muslim headcoverings or arab men.
The rest are guys looking for adventure “hiking out” day in and day out.

As for the lasers…I remember they used to try and blind us with those in our base near Tul Karem. One of the officers brought his own laser and started hitting them back, and that’s when they stopped.

    Mirrors are also useful.
