Fervent tefillos are taking place in Yeshivas Beis Matisyahu and other yeshivos and heichelai Torah following a serious deterioration in the condition of Rosh Yeshivas Beis Matisyahu, HaGaon HaRav Baruch Weissbeker, a member of the Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah in Eretz Yisroel.

An atzeres tefillh was held at Beis Matisyahu on Thursday. Prior to the tefillah, the Rosh Yeshivah’s son, HaGaon HaRav Tzvi Weissbecker, one of the Rebbeim at the yeshivah, spoke words of hisorrerus.

The Rosh Yeshivah is in great need of rachamei Shamayim and the public is asked to daven for the refuah sheleimah of HaRav Baruch ben Tzivia b’toch shaar cholei Yisrael.
