Thank you but yes I did try that and surprisingly I didn’t find anything! I even searched other spelling variations of the last name like yeshivaguy45 did. He was my great-great-great grandfather and I would really like to learn more about him but unfortunately there’s no one left in my family I know of to ask. The only thing is what my father told me, that the Bobov Rebbe served my Zaidy tea when he was learning with his talmud, the Bobov Rebbe’s father, the first Bobov Rebbe. The second Bobov Rebbe told that to my father directly so that’s all I know.
