Realistically, it is quite easy for an Arab to perpetrate a bulldozer attack, or a similar attack using a cement truck, heavy truck or other such vehicles. Police confirm that the overwhelming number of trucks and heavy equipment in the capital are indeed operated by Arabs. In addition, the construction industry is full of Arab workers, who have access to many ‘tools of the trade’ which can easily be used in a terror attack.

There are already calls to clamp down on applicants for licenses to operate construction and heavy equipment, calling for a security check that might at least prevent people with security records from driving potentially fatal pieces of equipment.
