As Hillary Rodham Clinton considers another presidential bid, liberals are watching to see if she moves to the left or straddles the center.

Liberals say income inequality will play the same role in the 2016 race that the Iraq war played in 2008.
In the 2008 campaign, Clinton’s Senate vote to authorize military force in Iraq gave an opening to rival Barack Obama, who had opposed the use of force.
