Similarly, Shimon Hamosini did not need to derive to fear a talmid chacham as that was obvious for him. However, for Rebbi Akiva, who hated originally talmidei chachamim, it was not so obvious. So if we capitalize Hashem, we should also capitalize the name of talmidei chachamim.
