11:30AM IL: United Nations officials a short time ago have completed their inspection of the remains of IDF reservists Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev.

The bodies are now being turned over to Israel by representatives of the Red Cross. Israeli officials will now begin the identification process as well. It is expected the process will take more time than the UN’s process since Israel is seeking absolute positive identification, a process that will involve members of the IDF Rabbinate.
