For reasons authorities are not sharing, bulldozer terrorist Hussam Duwiyat has not yet been buried. His body is being held by Israel Police. His fatal attack was perpetrated on July 2, 2008.

Efforts to ascertain why the body is not being released to his family were unsuccessful, with police reporting they are negotiating with the family regarding restrictions and the parameters for the funeral. An attorney for the family stated this is not so, explaining Israel Police is not at all contacting the parents regarding funeral arrangements.

An attorney for the family adds that as of Tuesday afternoon, even a request for a copy of the autopsy report went unanswered.
