Google Bar Sheshet Ribak shofars. I’m not certain, but I think they might sell direct to consumer as well.
The shofars in Judaica stores around me in NY are mostly importing from Israel. If you do buy from a manufacturer, just beware that there are a lot of Christians who produce shofars, some of which are beautiful, but they cannot be used for tekias shofar on Rosh Hashana.
