There is no such thing as an ashkenazi or sefardishe shofar.
Shofars are manufactured from the horns of several animals. One of the more popular companies is run by the Bar Sheshet family, but there are lots of manufacturers. The shofars you see in Judaica stores are typically imported for sale.
Ashkenazim prefer using a curved rams horn. Most have on the market we’re partially straightened during manufacturing and are just curved at the large end. Some sefardim (and some ashkenazim) have a preference for a fully curved rams horn that was not straightened at all. They are relatively rare to come across and more difficult to blow. Some sefardim are accustomed to use the horn of a kudu, but there is nothing that makes the shofar sefardi or ashkenazi.
