This trademark is housed in a 1790 grist mill and saw its repurposed formal opening in 1939. Parry Mansion

This historical house was built by one of the New Hope’s founders, Benjamin Parry, and is an outstanding building consisting of 11 rooms furnished with accessories displaying 125 years of cultural and artistic change. This house was the home of five generations of Parry’s who were millers. Benjamin Parry was Prime Hope Mill’s owner, and he employed a good deal of that time’s population. However, in 1790, a great fire occurred burning down the central Prime Hope Mill which he simply rebuilt and gave it a new name-New Hope Mill. Parry Manson and his mills were a source of hope and stability for people living in this town. The home of the five generations all together with their personal belongings, furnishings, and special mementos are now on display to visitors and therefore offer to present the unique spirit of living in this town.
