The Jerusalem District Court on Wednesday night issued a gag order on the publication of the name of the Golani Brigade Egoz reconnaissance unit soldier who shot and killed the terrorist.
As is usually the case, the name and photo of soldiers from elite units are kept from the media to protect their identities since they often take part in undercover operations.

Everybody already knows it was Moshe Plesser. It was in all media already. Silly and useless move now afterwards.

This soldier deserves to be publicly known for what he did, just like his brother-in-law, David Shapiro (hope I remembered the name correctly), who was the Merkaz HaRav hero.
