Two more Syrian wounded admitted to Nahariya Hospital on Shabbos bringing the total number of wounded Syrian treated in this hospital alone to 161, of which 20 are still admitted.

Anti-Islamic graffiti was painted on the walls of a mosque in Baka el-Garbiya including “Mohammad is a pig”. In addition, possibility connected, the windows of a number of cars in the village were smashed.

A 19-year-old male was gravely injured when struck by a vehicle on Route 40 near Tel Nof. MDA paramedics transported him to Kaplan Hospital in Rehovot.

The Ministerial Law Committee voted down a bill by MK (Hadash) Hanin which seeks to permit to’eva couple to receive a mortgage equal to that of heterosexual couples. The ministers explained the Ministry of Housing law changed in back in 2007 and therefore, the bill is not required for these couple already receive equal treatment by the ministry.

Customs agents at Ben-Gurion Airport confiscated a 1 meter long Palestinian viper snake from a 16-year-old French national. The snake is his pet. The youth is a student here and he lacked the necessary health permit for the snake.
