What are the best/weirdest conspiracy theories you know of/can think of? Please post them in a way that makes it look like you actually believe in them, it will make it much more interesting.

Completely agree with the OP, Zaphod Beeblebrox. The claim that the moon landing really happened has been so thoroughly discredited that it is a bore to keep hearing about the conspiracy theory that a man actually went to the moon.

How about Marjorie Taylor Greene’s comments about the Rothchild’s space lasers causing forest fires? She later claimed that it wasn’t an anti-Semitic comment because she wasn’t aware the Rothchilds were Jewish. No one has found evidence that there even are space lasers aimed at California forests.

@Gadolhatorah I was making the bad life decision of frequenting conspiracy sites when the whole Pizzagate zach was starting to brew. It was completely insane. There was a leak of emails from Clinton’s campaign manager, John Podesta. A bunch of nutsos (most of whom were also openly anti-Semitic) sifted through them and dug up the most random things as “proof” that there’s a child kidnapping ring centered around a DC pizza shop. The proof was things like an email saying “Hey did you leave a handkerchief with a pizza and map design over at my place?” or real smoking gun that said “I had fun playing dominoes at your house, maybe next time we’ll serve pasta instead of a cheese board”. They then did the whole crazy person thing of putting a bunch of pictures on a board and connecting them with read lines. The emails referenced a certain DC restaurant, so they went into its Instagram and found such damning things like a picture of a walk in freezer, a little girl playing with masking tape, and conflicting statements as to (gasp!) whether the store had a basement.
I’m not even exaggerating, you can look it up yourself (because there’s no way YWN would approve a link to those sites). That’s literally the “proof” needed for a guy to walk in to a pizza shop and hold the staff at gunpoint. I couldn’t even make this stuff up if I tried.
Then they got bored of harassing random restaurateurs and moved on to Q Anon which is a whole nother ball game…
Yserbius: Thanks for the reminder of how crazy the story was. I know it well from frequenting my favorite book store when I visit D.C. which is right across Connecticut Avenue from Comet Ping Pong. They still get small groups of fringe Trumpkopf crazies showing up occasionally (most recently when they had a protest of the incarceration of the January 6th rioters), although fortunately none of them have caused any harm.

Truth is, I do. If the facts don’t support it, then it’s not true. I never investigated the claim, I never claimed it to be true, and I don’t really care if it’s true or not. Whatever u posted about him making legal money doesn’t really shed any light on it. I’m sure there are countless deals and investments he has which ur not aware of.

Gut vochTrump, Pelosi, Biden, Putin, Xi and Netanyahu are all part of a secret conspiracy of boomers (okay, Pelosi and Biden are slightly pre-boomer) to trash the planet before turning it over to the next generation. A counter conspiracy came up with Covid19 to get rid of the boomers (that explains why Trump was so anxious for a vaccine, probably the most successful accomplishment of his presidency – but it does explain why the elderly leaders of the world were in a panic over Covid19, which for those younger that boomer age was just a bad case of flu), but it came too late.
All of the posts on this thread are coming from the same IP address, an address which Joseph has used.

I can’t speak of any other SNs, but all I know is that this one was never used by Joe.
The reason Fauci wants us to wear masks so is we can’t speak up in protest of the vaccine, in which there are tracking devices which make sure we don’t travel to Roswell.
