@ human Thank you so much for correcting my phones autocorrect. Please Google American Pekin for the breed of duck that are commonly sold as kosher.
Spoke with OU, say that the Khaki Cambell was presented to רבנים including R’ Belski and accepted as kosher. Even though it has a “dark” beak, since it isnt completely black it’s still fine.
But still an issue regarding how can we be sure all of the eggs come from the kosher breed without a reliable השגחה.
