A fake bomb was placed at the main entrance to Weizman Institute in Rehovot on Tuesday morning 23 Kislev 5774.

Police arrived as did the fire department and bomb demolition technicians worked on the suspected explosive device placed near Davidson Gate for close to an hour.

Technicians realized that while the device appeared to be a genuine explosive device, it was a fake. Police are investigating.
