Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein is weighing the facts in the case which may lead to a second round of elections in Beit Shemesh amid allegations of election fraud. Following the police investigation and the arrest of residents of that city involved in election fraud, the attorney general may turn to the court and request new elections in that city.
As the investigation uncovers evidence Weinstein has been holding consultations with state officials and he is expected to render a decision in the coming days, Israel Radio reports.
In line with election law, if a court disqualifies the election in that city, new elections are to be held within 120 days.
Beit Shemesh Mayor (Shas) Moshe Abutbul told Kol Chai Radio that he is calm because he knows there was no election fraud and that he was elected fair and square.

Umm – what fantasy world is Mr. Abutbul living in? There clearly WAS fraud; the only question is if it was widespread enough to have affected the outcome of the election.
This from the same genius who said that there were no (self-censored)s in Beit Shemesh…

While the Nuremberg Laws were against Jews in general, Zionists have special laws against charedim.
The secular attorney Weinstein weighing the facts against a charedi reminds me of Judge Linda Reade the initial prosecutor against Shalom Mordechai ben Rivka Rubashkin who became the main judge in his case giving him a super-retarded sentence and then being the one to consider the appeal against herself and, of course, postponing it.
Unbelievable !
In every election during the years of and prior to the medina BAR NONE,there HAS been and is Fraud, going back at least to ’31,when Jabotinzky himself stood up and tore up his Zionist membership card in disgust at the Mapai’s machinations!
When Will they redo all those votes?!
The Marxist scoffing at law,and the policy of Power justify any means, has been part and parcel of the State atmosphere,
means that for decades vote tampering (by the Mizrachi) or worse by the Labor/Left was laudable as long as it remained hush hush
(the ever gullible americans and westerners maybe will wake up someday!)
The war against charedim is continuing forward on each front starting with psychological.
We’re more than content to have had an immediate vote recount,if we could trust the those counting.
We Don’t.
Too much experience .
(Bring in honest fellows like Benny Begin or Uzi Landau to run it, then it would plausibly be okay. But of course that would ruin their purpose)
They(the slick sruga wearers more than anybody,of course, in connivance) preferred to build their psyche war to render more evil against the forces of the uncompromising religious!
The war against the charedim is continuing forward on every front starting with psychological.
I recall in one election, in Bat Yam alone 4 different arrests for vote tampering ,still did anyone feign a new claim for new election?!
Make all the excuses you want, but they got caught and should pay the price for it. Keep making excuses for bad behavior and that’s all you’ll ever get.
