Didn’t the hashgacha (Kof-K?) first arrange some type of workaround on the bishul akum issue with the chip producer than affirmed their hechsher even after that workaround was no longer being used at the production facilities?
P.S. They are really great snacks for those who want something healthy…really low sugar and for a snack food, low sodium too.
