I lived in Criown Heights a block from 770 around 50 years ago before I got married. Something I remember by the farbrengen in 770 (gematria beis meshiach 412 + 358 = 770) when someone wanted to drink wine, he would lifted up and after the Rebbi noded with his head, he can drink.
