A terrorist was shot by a border policeman late Thursday night as he tried to stab him. The soldiers were manning a checkpoint in PA-occupied Beit Lechem, in the area of Kever Rochel on the eve of 5 Kislev 5774.

B’chasdei Hashem the soldiers realized what was taking place in time permitting one to shoot the terrorist, who is listed in serious condition. There were no injuries to any of the soldiers at the checkpoint.

UPDATE: YWN-ISRAEL has learned the wounded terrorist has died.
