As for my day, it’s actually going pretty well. I found a gluten free bread mix that actually makes soft rolls (relatively speaking). It costs a fortune but i splurged Nd made a hamburger bun on which i was finally able to try a beyond burger. Prefer fleishik option but pretending i was having a normal hamburger sandwich gave me a lift.
