Is Maroon an OK colour for a girl/women to wear?
No.
Black only.Yes, but only as polka dots on a green dress.

she said our eyes can easily adjust to colors that appear alot in the world that Hashem created
shades of black brown blue and green tan and yellow we see alot of
this means they are comfortable to the eye and are tznius for women’s clothes too
whereas red we have just here and there in some flowers so you may have thin lines or gentle designs of red in your clothing
think for yourself if maroon is ok or may it hurt the eyes to see too much of and then it is not TzniusMaivin: Is it ok for guys using “Maivin” as a posting name to occasionally show signs of intelligence while trolling on social media??

Why not? Fire engine red & bright yellow are harsh on the eye & attract attention, but maroon is a muted color. If you are looking for approval, you have mine.

As an expert in vision, I found your comment regarding colors that are found in nature very interesting. Their relationship to tznius is an insightful concept.
There is almost no black in nature. The black that does exist is a product of fire , volcanic eruption and destruction.You’re comparing a chat room on “Yeshiva World” to Baalei Hatosfot? Good one! The issue here is an obsession with trivial minutiae that has no Toelet. Furthermore, these minutiae are almost always about Chitzoniut: what color, what length, what hat, what peyos, etc. Is Maroon tznius? Really? You guys have a nothing better to discuss?
Black in nature? Night? That would be half of the world. Maybe you are thinking modern world where there’s ambient light all the time even away from the cities. Think being in a totally dark country side on a rosh hodesh…
