PA reports a 20-year-old male was killed in a confrontation with IDF soldiers in the N. Shomron. IDF officials report the allegation was checked and remains unfounded at this time, adding riot-control adjuncts were used in that area to disperse violent protestors during the predawn hours.

PA reports three senior Hamas officials were taken into custody by IDF soldiers operating in Ramallah.

Two Syrian nationals who are moderately-to-seriously wounded from fighting in that country have been admitted to Nahariya Hospital.

Kfar HaYarok Interchange: A 25-year-old bike rider was seriously injured in a MVA. MDA transported the victim to Beilinson Hospital in Petach Tikvah.

US Secretary of State John Kerry is scheduled to return to the region in the beginning of November.

A 65-year-old motorcycle driver was moderately injured when struck by a passing vehicle near Moshav Beit Yitzchak.MDA EMTs and paramedics treated him. He was transported to Laniado Hospital in Netanya.
