In a landmark ruling, the Tel Aviv Labor Court on Sunday denied a petition filed by a teaching assistant to overturn a decision by a local council to ban her from entering the school where she is employed without being vaccinated or presenting a negative virus test.
“The local authority is responsible for the health of students, their families, and the teaching staff and the teaching assistant’s rights do not outweigh that,” the judge wrote in the ruling.
The petition was filed by a teaching assistant at the Nof Tzurim school for children with special needs in the Kochav Yair-Tsur Yigal local council.
The Tel Aviv Labor Court also denied the petition of a fitness center employee who refused to present a green passport or a negative coronavirus test and was dismissed from his position at a fitness center in Tel Aviv.

As we guessed it would happen…. no one is being FORCED to be an experimental guinea pig… you just can’t travel or keep your job if you refuse
And possibly no shopping. No eating out. And maybe they’ll make u wear a jewish star next.
This is plain wrong. These vaccines have no long term Studies . There is no studies on the effect to the next generation, neither in humans or animals. No long term cancer studies. They may in fact turn out to be unsafe and then what? If the vulnerable are vaccinated why can’t the low risk population have a choice??

Maybe u need to carry a large purple umbrella, the sky is the limit for these freedom stealers. Nobody should have a right to insist that you need to be injected with an experimental product it makes me sick
