Tel Aviv District Court Justice Shmuel Melamed extended the remand of the Modi’in Illit avreich who assaulted HaGaon HaRav Aaron Yehuda Leib Shteinman Shlita until noon on Thursday, 20 Cheshvan.
The court appointed a public defender to defend the avreich. The court ordered that the suspect undergo a psychiatric evaluation before the hearing.

Its pretty obvious for a person to do this his mental capacity is not fully there.If you look at the picture it tells the same story.Its a nebach on this person he prob needs psychiatric help.So lets not judge
#1, is that how they taught you to diagnose mental illness when you were in medical school? By looking at a candid snapshot of one instant?
Even if this man is mentally ill, which is most likely, but the problem doesn’t stop there. It is obvious that even a mental person would not have attacked the Gadol Hador if not for the terrible in-fighting between the frum parties, with the chillul-HaShem-causing mud-slinging which unfortunately took place.

the unprecedented violence by the crazys in the frum community against all .. policemen – soldiers – firemen – ambulance drivers – has fostered an atmosphere that validates violence as a viable response
