    “Macron, who made his New Year’s speech to the French military in Brest, in western France, said “I am certain that in the coming weeks, the new administration (Biden) will need to make key decisions that will mark a greater commitment and awareness in the fight against terrorism” in Syria and Iraq.”

    I know how he’ll get rid of Terrorists – he’ll invite them to the US of A.

    Re coffee addict’s comment: The billions that Obama “gave” to Iran was Iranian money over which the US had no rights. I don’t know whether that was a good or bad idea, or was or was not legally required, but it was not my or your or any US taxpayer’s money.

    Look up factcheck where the money 50B, Iran money, was held back in US banks for sactions but after the agreement, the money was returned.

    Well even a rumor that Biden was going to increase US presence in Syria resulted in savage attacks by the Trump Cult against Biden — by people who were totally okay with Trump basically ending the US role in anti-terrorism actions in those countries, satisfying Iran.
