Even if that statement would be True, you still can’t Allow Abortions in the US.
Why?
Being that you claim to be a Rabbi, you surely know what the 7 Mitzvos are.
You are Not responsible for what some other Country does.
But the Goyim are Responsible to make laws that Conform to the other 6; this would include Killing Fetuses!
