This morning I went to my county voter registration office where early voting was taking place between 8 AM and 5 PM (fear not, I davened Shacharit first). It’s also the office to drop off absentee ballots. I walked into the building with two absentee ballots in hand. One had my name on it. I voted by machine. I walked out with no absentee ballots in hand. Based on these facts, did I violate any Georgia or federal election laws? Did I commit election fraud? Was I being paid or ordered? Should my vote be counted?
Since I had a paper printout of my votes by computer that was also scanned, at what point will my vote be changed such that the paper printout wouldn’t fix the error in a recount?
December 27, 2020 9:13 pm at 9:13 pm #1932456charliehallParticipantDid you cast someone else’s ballot in addition to yours? If you cast another person’s vote, in Georgia it is legal if you are the other person’s “mother, father, grandparent, aunt, uncle, brother, sister, spouse, son, daughter, niece, nephew, grandchild, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law or an individual residing in the household of such elector.” These laws vary from state to state. New York does not have specific laws on the subject although there is a bill pending in the State Assembly to put some restrictions on absentee ballot collections.
The comparison of the manual and computer recounts in Georgia from the November election shows that you do not have to worry about your vote being changed.
December 27, 2020 10:06 pm at 10:06 pm #1932471ujmParticipantYou’re okay.
I’m not as sure about the local version of the Daley Political Machine organizing a get-out-the-vote effort for people residing in cemeteries but still not expunged from the local voting roster.
December 28, 2020 5:20 pm at 5:20 pm #1932819ParticipantParticipantearly voting lasts until 5 pm?
December 28, 2020 6:02 pm at 6:02 pm #1932827OrechDinParticipantEach county sets their own hours. At this location it was until 5 PM. At other locations in the county it was until 7 PM, which is when voting normally ends on Election Day.
And to be clear, the two absentee ballots were mine and my wife’s. My wife’s ballot was properly filled out, signed and sealed. I hand-delivered it rather than relying on the mail. I brought my ballot in it’s original mailing envelope unopened, and had the clerk cancel it so I could vote in person. This is done in 3 ways: they entered it on the computer, then they enter it on a ledger, then they write it on the ballot itself, so there’s no way someone else (or me) can use the absentee ballot. Then I voted regularly.
My point is that those claiming fraud would use my story as an example of fraud, like I voted 3 times. They sent around photos of people putting multiple envelopes in the drop box, but not saying that they are different ballots by different people, like a guy bringing for himself and his wife or parents. Half a story is no story. Be more skeptical of those who want to take away the democracy. Look for the full story. Look at why the courts threw out 60 cases. Look at why Republican governors who carried water for Trump all through the Plague can’t find a way to help him now.
December 29, 2020 6:27 am at 6:27 am #1932934YSF156ParticipantI’m not a Republican or Democrat & don’t really care about any politics. But how do you explain Biden getting more votes than actual registered voters in certain key places? And what is your take on videos of trashbags filled with torn up Trump votes? Or why I got 2 absentee ballots sent to me in my name? I’m not seeing any democrats actually addressing any of these issues, they just rant on & on about Trump being bad, but never actually address anything.
December 29, 2020 8:53 am at 8:53 am #1933010charliehallParticipant“Biden getting more votes than actual registered voters”
This meme has been repeatedly debunked.
“And what is your take on videos of trashbags filled with torn up Trump votes? ”
Also debunked. There are two postal workers facing charges for discarding mail, but no actual ballots were there. However, the US Postal Service did admit that it did not deliver huge numbers of mail in votes on time in Philadelphia, Detroit, and Atlanta, which would have been mostly Biden votes — and Trump’s legal goons then went to court to prevent the legally cast votes from being counted. (This was reported by the New York Post!) It is Trump who tried to steal the election and failed.
“2 absentee ballots sent to me in my name?”
You clearly had two absentee ballots. But in most states (not all) only one can count in your name.
December 29, 2020 8:53 am at 8:53 am #1933019jdf007ParticipantYou didn’t say anything about proving who you are. Why does it take more security to take out a library book than to vote on a machine run by Biden’s Brother-in-Law that showed 800% more errors than the FTC allowed?
December 29, 2020 8:55 am at 8:55 am #1933020OrechDinParticipantYSF156 – Biden did not get more votes than actual registered voters in key places. Any allegation that the final count included counties where more people voted that there were registered voters is simply a lie and a fiction. On Election Day itself, there were preliminary releases of vote totals in a few random counties that had reporting errors. Those errors were obvious, and corrected before final vote tallies were announced. To verify this, I invite you to show me examples from county websites where the number of votes exceeds the number of registered voters in the county. All of this information is public and easy to find.
There are no trash bags of torn up Trump ballots. This is also simply a lie. This was in Oklahoma. The photo was of spoiled ballots (like mine that was cancelled before I voted in person, or that had two candidates marked in the same race), that had to be set aside. And there isn’t any evidence that those ballots were exclusively Trump ballots (the examples shown by the State of Oklahoma had both Biden and Trump marked on the same ballot). In any case, Trump won Oklahoma by like 400 point. I invite you to visit the website of the Oklahoma State Board of Elections to confirm this.
You got two absentee ballots sent to you by mistake, most likely. My absentee ballot went to my US address and not my address in Israel as I requested. 160 million people voted, there will be some missteps as there are in every election. But if you tried to cast two ballots, it would be been easily flagged and you’d probably be arrested. This happened in Pennsylvania to a Trump voter.
Are there any other questions you have that haven’t been addressed?
December 29, 2020 9:28 am at 9:28 am #1933046đŤSyag LchochmaParticipantYSF – how do they explain it? Easy. They just tell you it didn’t happen.
Orech- im just curious, were you thinking that telling your opening post with its vagueness and obvious pieces missing was gonna elicit a mass of responses proving fraud or were you just trying to illustrate that things may not be what they seem? If the former, i hope you learned how wrong you were on all levels. If the later, it’s a nice life lesson always.
December 29, 2020 9:55 am at 9:55 am #1933049âď¸coffee addictParticipantOrech
Thatâs a lie and I know it because I did research in the beginning
If you added up the votes between Biden and Trump in Michigan it was more than the registered voters (the answer to that was that you can register on the day of the election so therefore the registered voters amount was inaccurate)
I wonder if they âfixedâ that number later, I should go check
December 29, 2020 10:19 am at 10:19 am #1933065OrechDinParticipantYDF – Yes, I did. In Georgia you have to show ID to vote. I showed my drivers license. I could also show my conceal-carry permit. For states that don’t have voter ID laws, there is still a registry of the voters, so faking being someone backfires when the actual person shows up to vote a second time. Or if the facts don’t match, like a 20 year old guy shows up to vote in the name of an 80 year old, or a man for a woman. There’s a reason voter impersonation hasn’t been a “thing” for decades (or a century). It’s a low reward-high risk crime.
For the record, I support universal, national, voter IDs with automatic registration like we have in Israel. If the ID is free, every citizen has one, and every state and county is using the same standard for identification, that gets rid of all the constitutional challenges to voter ID laws that are selectively designed.
Syag – the responses proved my point. “Trash bags full of Trump votes” is half a story, and you (and your friends) fell for it. Which other allegations did I not answer?
December 29, 2020 10:50 am at 10:50 am #1933079đŤSyag LchochmaParticipantUmmm, no. A response does not responses make. Your experiment went flat and I hope you figure out why
December 29, 2020 11:31 am at 11:31 am #1933104OrechDinParticipantSyag – On the contrary.
Thesis: Trump supporters believe half-stories without further investigation if it suits their narrative, and if Trump says it.Experiment: Post a true half-story and see if they ask for more evidence or assume the best of me because I’m within their fold.
Result: Trump supporters assumed I did the right thing otherwise I wouldn’t talk about it, but in doing so exposed and proved the thesis by citing other equally half-stories as true, that could easily be investigated and proven to be false. For example, the trash bags and the “more votes cast than registered voters.”
December 29, 2020 11:36 am at 11:36 am #1933112đŤSyag LchochmaParticipantI know what your thesis was. It flopped. If you are gonna think success from a line in one post, you must be a lawyer.

December 29, 2020 11:58 am at 11:58 am #1933121emes nisht shekerParticipantOrech – great post. Funny, how some here are fascinated with nonsensical and debunked (well it gets tiresome debunking every made up claim being thrown around) claims and just can’t get past the simple fact that the evidence of fraud that could have had any meaningful impact on the Presidential is just not there. Trash bags, more voters than people, aliens, vote machines flipping stuff, etc… I guess they believe a habitual liar, over everyone else (in this case, everyone else, includes, Bill Barr, the Supreme Court [including the 3 justices Trump put up], numerous lower courts, GOP Governors and Secretary of states, the Department of Homeland Security, and so on).
December 29, 2020 12:20 pm at 12:20 pm #1933102OrechDinParticipantcoffee addict – In 2020, there were 5,539,302 votes cast in the presidential election. Michigan had 8,127,333 registered voters at the time of the election. These are the final result, with Pres.-Elect Biden winning by 154,188. This information is from the Secretary of State’s office.
How can you say that more people voted for Biden than are registered? What’s your evidence? What’s the source?
And if, at some point before the final results were announced, there was an error in reporting, correcting the error before the final results are announced is exactly what the system is designed to do.
December 29, 2020 12:22 pm at 12:22 pm #1933150ujmParticipantThe Democrats here a very long history of being master election thieves. From JFK to LBJ in Texas to Daley in Chicago to today.
Which is why Democrats OPPOSE Voter Identification requirements even though you need ID to get a library card to take a flight or even to walk into a government building.
December 29, 2020 2:00 pm at 2:00 pm #1933190YSF156ParticipantI’m actually less concerned about the current election & the former presidency, then I am concerned about how quick many Americans accept the media’s “debunking” when there is clear evidence of things taking place.
Disclaimer: It’s not 1 political party that does this, it’s the majority of the American public that doesn’t investigate both sides to an argument & just believe what they are told by “their side”. And it’s been getting worse & worse over the years.
December 29, 2020 2:02 pm at 2:02 pm #1933189OrechDinParticipantujm – The JFK election was 60 years ago. Voter records were not computerized. Earlier in the century people voted by standing in front of the box for the candidate they supported and putting in a piece of paper. Votes were not secret, so (for example) bosses could see who their employees voted for, and threaten their job if the voted for the “wrong” candidate. We, as a country, evolve.
Democrats oppose voter ID laws that are designed to discriminate against distinct populations (students, the elderly, the poor, rural voters). In Georgia I can use my state-issued gun license as my ID, but not a state-issued university student ID. You’ll recall in 2016 when that Republican member of the Pennsylvania state legislature said out loud that the purpose of the voter ID law was to make sure Trump won. It has nothing to do with vote security. Every Democrat that I’ve suggested the Israel model to agrees that it would be fine. Every citizen has a photo ID they get when they’re 16 (or 18, whatever), the ID is free, it is easy to get, and every state accepts it as valid.
Further, as I explained above and as every serious study has shown, voter ID laws do not decrease the number of voter fraud cases in a state (a number that is miniscule already). Pennsylvania has a voter ID law and that Republican got caught trying to vote for Trump on his mother’s signature.

With the Stealing of the Presidential election, those cases are a pittance!
They even paid off – so-called Republicans in Georgia to get the win in the States that can go either way.Lin Wood says he & Powell have thousands of Affidavits (Not Hundreds) of Voter irregularities or Voter Fraud.
My question to you Libs is – Why didn’t even one Judge read them?
What are they afraid of?!?
Obviously they have been threatened. Was it Soros or CCP (Joe Biden got millions from them)?
How do I know? Because it says so in Hunter’s Laptop.
This Fraud is Much bigger than Watergate!
It’s Funny how you Libs are fooled by this Corruption!December 29, 2020 2:21 pm at 2:21 pm #1933201charliehallParticipantVoter ID laws only prevent people without the resources to get the IDs from voting. In addition they should be struck down as an unconstitutional poll tax, but Trumpies never did care about the Constitution.
In any case, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin have voter ID laws and Biden still won. If the Trumpies were honest they would admit that either there was no fraud or that voter ID laws have nothing to do with fraud.
Pennsylvania had a voter ID but the Pennsylvania courts struck it down. Republicans in Pennsylvania admitted that it was nothing to do with voter fraud and everything to do with stealing elections. But the turnout for Biden was so large in those four other states that the attempted theft failed.
December 29, 2020 2:25 pm at 2:25 pm #1933209MenoParticipantWhat kind of resources does one need to get an ID?
December 29, 2020 2:26 pm at 2:26 pm #1933206ujmParticipantOrech: Why aren’t the Democrats opposed to ID to buy alcohol, enter a government building, obtain welfare money or get on a flight for “distinct populations”?
By all means add state-issued student IDs to the accepted list. And make them easily obtainable when requiring them to cast a ballot.
But the Democrats are ADAMANTLY opposed to ANY mandate of requiring ID before voting. Because requiring it would hamper their ability to cheat.

Iâm sorry it wasnât Michigan it was Wisconsin
Wisconsin as of Election Day had 3,129,000 registered voters
However the results were

Trump 1,609,586With 95% results in when I was shown the picture (I looked it up at the time)
Again I was told that the law in Wisconsin is you can register on Election Day however I wouldnât be surprised if this is more prone to fraud) (and even if 100% of registered voters âvotedâ this is more prone to fraud)

Five days before the elections there were 400,000 more registered voters than votes cast for president. Same day registration doesn’t even come into your argument. You live in a bubble. Voter ID laws were not brought up at all in 2020 by liberals. We were more concerned with voter purges. And when it comes to voter ID laws, if there is equal access and application no one will object. What about buying liquor? Voting is a right guaranteed by the US Constitution (and the state constitutions). Buying alcohol is not.
Health – How has Lin Wood (who I know, dude is nuts) been doing in court? Has he won a single case or single motion? He’s either withdrawn every case or been thrown out by TRUMP appointed judges. Thousands of empty pages is not thousands of affidavits. Go look at them. “A vote counter was wearing a BLM tshirt” is not evidence of votes being miscounted.
I debunked 3 nonsense conspiracy theories in this thread. Do you have any evidence to prove I’m wrong about the trash bags, and the Michigan and Wisconsin vote counts? Do you have other theories that need to be tested?

Yea – it’s called evidence!
Here is a news article:“The Michigan woman who was widely ridiculed after her appearance as a voter fraud witness for Rudy Giuliani last week defended her testimony in an exclusive interview Tuesday, saying âI wasnât drunk.â
Mellissa Carone, 33, a supporter of President Donald Trump who worked as an information technology contractor for Dominion Voting Systems on Election Night, told the Michigan Legislature last Wednesday that massive voter fraud occurred in Detroit but presented no evidence of her claims.
Video of the appearance at the Statehouse went viral over the weekend, and many voices on social media speculated whether Carone was inebriated as she repeated unproven claims that had been previously dismissed by a Wayne County court for being âsimply not credible.âLet me you ask a question – do Judges ever say a witness is not credible without any evidence?
Do you know any testimony that was ridiculed after their testimony, eg. claiming inebriation, and didn’t like their speech?!?
Do you know any witness that SNL did a skit on them?

Trump saying there is fraud and a gang of clowns (who don’t even make most of their fraud claims in court because they would get in trouble for that since they have no actual evidence) going along with him, and Health trying to post the most ridiculous viewpoints and Syag with deep sincerity really, really believing there is fraud, does not make there be fraud.
