She doesn’t release her evidence to Liberals or to anyone, just to the Court.
She made 2 court dates and she is a seasoned Lawyer, she obviously has evidence or why make Court Cases?

One of the first things they do – is make a scheduling conference. Eg. – Discovery is due by the latest – let’s say 01/20/21.
