@Health – he can’t even reverse any executive orders – as SCOTUS has ruled that there are no rules anymore, laws don’t matter, and Hussein’s Executive orders – although completely illegal, still stand (DACA). It’s a free-for-all. Oh, I forgot, that’s only for Democrats. Carry on.
