To som1: There is a difference between the US and its president. They are not the same thing, they do not own the same things, and the president does not have the power, without some specific authorization, to sell anything the US owns. And, no, neither Trump the president, nor Trump the human being (giving him the benefit of the doubt) does not now nor ever had any vaccine to sell to anybody.
