An interesting shaila came about Rosh Chodash Chanukah where the baal tefila finished al hanisim but came to realize before finishing shmonei asrei that he forgot to say yaleh veyova, does he have to repeat al hanisim? I ruled that even though the individual would repeat it, the baal tefila going back to say yaaleh vayova but he already did his parsumei nissei and because of tirchei detziburei should not repeat it al hanisim again.
