The Cellcom Company, which maintains a contract to supply cellular telephones and service to the IDF seems to have forgotten to wipe a loaner phone clean.
A Bnei Brak resident brought his phone into an area service center for repair. He was given a loaner phone. When he began becoming acquainted with the phone, he saw text messages from the previous user, in this case, a member of the military. This member of the military was involved in the erev Shabbos attack in the community of Brosh in the Jordan Valley in which retired IDF Colonel Sariya Ofer was bludgeoned to death by Arab assailants.
The avreich quickly realized a military official had the phone recently and someone neglected to wipe it clean before passing it on.

Great story. Thanks for sharing.
Well what did it say??
This member of the military was involved in the erev Shabbos attack …
These words communicate that the the previous user of the phone had been involved in the commission of the murder. Is that the intent of the sentence?
Cellcom were also not straight with me and I lost a lot of money
So presumably the phone was confiscated as material evidence for the murder of Col Ofer allegedly committed by an active duty military officer in Bnai Brak. Is there any information on the accused murderer? Is he from the Chareidi community or just stationed in BB?
Gadolhadorah #5: The suspect is a former active duty military officer stationed in BB but hails from the DL community but became Chiloni while in the military.
