This is the first time I have heard anyone calling Trump and or his administration polite. Even his biggest fans don’t consider him polite.
The White House is a building, which can’t be polite or abusive.
The US government isn’t a hasidic sect like Satmar or Belz, only one person can be president at a time and right now that is Trump. That is assuming the OP is refering to Biden
