it’s not a movie, only in your brain it is. actually nothing like that is going to happen trump will just leave in 60 days. you clearly need to get in touch with reality and stop fantasizing what you want to happen.

Gadol, what are you looking forward to most? De-criminizing illegal immigration? Reinstating Palestinian funding? Trying to stack the court with left wing Brandeis educated Jewish #Metoo nominees? Refunding Iran? Getting rid of capital punishment for mass murderers? How about eliminating gasoline? Biden is a centrist and a Democrat like you. The D party as a whole is far more left and radical than your 60′ JFK style of politics. AOC and Saunders are the future of the party, and that’s how I see this “movie”. (Oh, and children in cages? That started under President Obama)

#3 President Elect Biden has announced no plans to stack the SCOTUS with anyone. Congress, alone sets the size of the Court and I doubt the Senate would approve.

#6 No one has called for eliminating gasoline, just reducing our dependence on petroleum based fuels. In the past two years, I’ve installed solar on the houses in the compound and reduced carbon footprint and emissions by more than 90%. Our local electric supplier uses oil for almost 100% of its electricity production.
#6 Perhaps the immigration laws should be changed? Did all of your forebears arrive legally in the USA? My Great Great Grandfather didn’t. His parents could not get enough visas for all their children so he was listed as a twin to the next older sibling. Twins only needed one visa at that time. Better that than being killed in the pogroms that hit his village in 1880 not long after he arrived in America.
#6 The President cannot fund Iran or the Palestinians, Congress has to pass funding bills. In the aftermath of the mishandled Pandemic, i don’t think that will be a priority.

#2 polls (yougov) show that both AOC and Sanders are more popular than Biden among millennials and Sanders is more popular than Biden when adjusted for all (voter eligible) age groups. Yes, Biden may be a moderate/centrist Democrat but you can’t pretend than progressives are insignificant players in the party. Sanders and AOC have both said they believe they can, and intend on pushing Biden to the left. Hopefully Biden has the wherewithal to stand up to them and not go off the deep end.
#3 Biden refused to answer the question despite being asked about it multiple times because he didn’t want to alienate the progressive left who he needed to get elected. (Another indication that the progressive wing isn’t insignificant and powerless)

Key factors are, what happens after the states ratify the election results? Will Mitch McConnel and other high ranking Republicans attend Biden’s inauguaration? Will the Biden adminisration be able to use the covid-19 vaccines effectively to combat the pandemic? Will the Republicans control the Senate and will Biden have to fight for every appoinyment? Even if the Democrats win both senate seat runoff elections in Ga he still needs every democrats to vote party line which is not as easy as it seems.
The question is, can he govern. He needs to solve the pandemic, Trump already gave him the vaccine all he has to do is distribute it and get the economy back with everyone going back to work. He has a little over a year to accomplish this before the midterm election season starts and he loses both houses of Congress.

Oh good, your movie is over. The Hungarians are against immigrants as Trump. The Hungarian Revolution was October 23, 1956. My father, living in Sopron at the Austrian border, got involved in helping Jewish refugees to escape.
We stayed in Hungary until February 12, 1957, Lincoln’s birthday being 9 years old. My father comes home at night and says, pack up we are leaving. Having two young daughters she was sent to the left and my mother being 32 years old to the right by Mengele ym’s. My mother seeing this in order to be together with them, left the right side and went after them to the left side. Twice a german soldier pushed her back to the right. My father being saved from labor camp, Mauthausen, after the war, through a heter of two witnesses seeing his wife sent to the left, was able to marry my mother.
