Someone asked me in shul this evening if I support Biden, to which I called him the ra b’miyuto, the lesser of the evils. Then I said midvar sheker tirchak, keep away from someone who is arguably the biggest liar ever in American politics. I didn’t mention that it’s probably unprecedented in political history for all previous Republican presidents and presidential candidates to support a Democrat. Another deciding factor is that DT proudly proclaims his disdain for all the scientists and all the scientific evidence of the massive and accelerating destruction of human lives (Harvey and Irma to name but a few) being caused by climate change.
