This is the way I understood these Biden video clips. If you like his message, than he sounds sharp, with a misspeak here or there. If you disagree with his message, than he sounds slightly of the whole time and incredulous when he slips up or slips in a dumb line.
And he is still very humbled, and never frightened. Which is unlike all the people I have ever met with mental health problems.
