Soldiers working with police on Wednesday apprehended Islamic Jihad terrorist Ismail al-Qadr, 22, in Chevron, who was planning terror attacks, including a suicide bombing attack.

The daily counter-terror operations and the arrest and subsequent interrogation of suspects leads to this type of information and as a result of apprehending PA residents who eventually give information to the ISA (Israel Security Agency – Shin Bet), most attacks are prevented.
