Police have arrested two Jewish teens, 14 and 16-years-old on suspicion of targeting Arab vehicles in the capital in price tag attacks. They were taken into custody on motzei Shabbos parshas Bereshis 5774.

The suspects are reportedly not cooperating with police, who allege they used screwdrivers and keys to damage vehicles they believed to be Arab owned. The alleged attacks occurred in the Shimon HaTzaddik area of the eastern capital.

The government has recently taken a hard-line position against so-called price tag attacks, equating them with acts of terror to permit harsher sentences for those convicted of such acts.
