“It is unconstitutional to …..” Seriously? The most vexing issue of 1787 was how to protect the right of citizens everywhere to bear face.
“The anti-malaria drug has proven effective.” If you know someone, is what constitutes proof, I can prove that there it is safe for people to drive while smoking marijuana. In the scientific world, there has been a lot of mixed results, and it has been the most studied treatment. Researchers are sick of it. Things that have showed up much stronger in the data, are getting less research and funding. Why did any medication have to be discussed by the general public?
Here is the President’s observations on the science. It is very important to keep in mind his clarification from the next day. “I was asking a very sarcastic question to the reporters in the room about disinfectant on the inside. But it does kill it, and it would kill it on the hands, and that would make things much better. That was done in the form of a sarcastic question to the reporters.

And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning, because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it’d be interesting to check that, so that you’re going to have to use medical doctors with, but it sounds interesting to me. So, we’ll see, but the whole concept of the light, the way it kills it in one minute. That’s pretty powerful.
That our President can have such a deep understanding of science, together with being an intelligent wit with cutting edge sarcasm, on top of his intense preparations for these public briefings on the pandemic, indicates what a true genius he really is. He also said he was a great baseball player. wow…..
