Dear Common,
I was wondering if the Zarda case would be discrimination according to the ruling. The customer was uncomfortable with the way he worked. If he was transgender, he could argue that a female would not be fired. Being gay does not seem to be a defense. He still has to be sensitive to the customers like any other male employee.
