“There is no connection between the small groups of people who are antifa and the democratic party.”
Maybe not directly but they sure are slow to condemn them. (Side question: if ANTIFA isn’t a violent group why are you so adamant that they have no affiliation/support from the democratic party?)
“Please provide examples of antifa openly advocating for violence, wreaking havoc, defacing and destroying public and private property, and assaulting private citizens who they feel disagree with them.”
Read Mark Brays interview with Vox, violence is part of their MO no one disputes that. Go through their twitter feeds, while they might not use these platforms to call for violence (the account would get shut down by twitter if they did) they certainly don’t make it a secret which side they support. Read the ADL’s entry on the group. These are not peaceful people. They are anarchists who believe in using violence to get what they want.
“A person committing acts of violence does not automatically make them an antifa member.”
I agree, many people currently rioting are thugs affiliated with other groups, or no group at all. Whats your point.
“Twitter just shutdown a fake antifa account that was really tied to white nationalist.”
There is no shortage of ANTIFA accounts on social media. If you think all of them are fake then I can’t help you.
“Trump created a false punching bag so that he looks tough to his supporters. Similarly, Trump saying that he will send in the military when nobody asked him is political theater.”
Trump is hardly the first politician to engage in political theater. It’s part of the job get over it.
“Walking to a church to take a picture with the bible is beyond outrageous.”
Why is it beyond outrageous? He was visited a historic church that was vandalized and set on fire by rioters. Political stunt, sure, but again, Trump isn’t the first and won’t be the last politician to do something like this.
