Let’s follow our president’s lead: Make up clever or funny or insulting nick-names for the presidential candidates of both major parties, and the handful of persons mentioned as possible Democratic vice-presidential candidates. And, of course, Pence, the current and very likely Republican vice-presidential candidate.
