I consider having temporary ICU’s and managing high acuity patient’s in hallways to be overwhelmed. I guess we will have to agree to disagree.
I agree that the healthcare system quickly adapted and bh was able to handle the situation. But I am unaware of a single NYC hospital that was “way below baseline capacity at all times!” If you can share the names of these hospitals that would be great.
