According to a report in the Times Herald Record, a $5.5 million indoor water park is slated to be built at Holiday Mountain Ski & Fun Park located in Bridgeville (just near Monticello, NY).
Holiday Mountain’s owner, Mr. Craig Passante told the Record, that he plans to break ground next spring on the 20,000-square-foot water park that could be open by spring of 2010.
The initial funding for the project will come from a $1 million state grant secured by state Sen. John Bonacic to the Sullivan County Industrial Development Agency.
Additionally, the owner told the Record that he has talked with developers to build a hotel adjacent to the park.

somebody better tell him about separate swimming or he’ll be “drowning” in debt.
Cool, now people won’t have to drive all the way to Great Wolf Lodge in the Pocono’s during Yeshiva Week.
people that go there dont care about separate swimming!
why is a government grant (OUR tax dollars) paying for this?
