That may be true, hopefully not, but on the other hand, the camp association of the Catskills wrote a very detailed letter to the township asking the governor for permission to open. It included guidelines like testing before camp begins, no visiting day or trips, and no inter camps. They wrote that it is much safer for camps to be open on full lockdown then to have thousands of teenagers roaming the Catskills. Because bungalow colonies legally must remain open, because they are private homes. Hopefully the government will comply, considering how unharmful it is to children, plus the slope that’s already way down. Well just have to see!
