Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has reportedly agreed to give the Health Minister portfolio to Defense Minister Naftali Bennett (Yamina), a Reshet Bet report said on Thursday.

Current Health Minister, MK Yaakov Litzman (UTJ), has announced his departure from the Health Ministry in favor of the Construction and Housing Ministry.

According to the report, the ministry has been offered to Bennett through several channels and will be discussed in the next few days.

Blue and White leader Benny Gantz will be taking over the position of defense minister from Bennett as part of the unity government deal the two leaders agreed on last week.
