He said Hydro is not a wonder drug but the early test results are promising and if a patient is dying,what is the risk in prescribing the drug? Unlike a vaccine which he said requires extensive testing before use so that you’re not killing healthy people, Hydro has decades of use demonstrating it is not a lethal drug.
