According the Bino Leitim we will say opposite. The Midrash says ויסב אלקים דרך המדבר ים סוף – מכאן אפילו עני שבישראל לא יאכל עד שיסב Hashem took them around, the question is why does the Midrash change the meaning to interpret it as reclining?
